Structure: 6.5 Content: 6 I supposed you are talking about boundary. But even so, this story angle seems strange because no one would treat a robot as a human. Meanwhile, try to keep the paragraph short and focused.

Robots are human’s friend, not replacement. Different technical companies from all over the world are competing for the development of robots, they are trying to improve human life through the application of robots.

“Giving the citizenship to the robot Sophia is just a gimmick,” Dr. Mak Hin Yu, Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Roborn Dynamics Limited said at a Hong Kong Shue Yan University forum yesterday. The borderline between human and robots was very clear, human has blood while robots didn’t. Before the day that robots was completely developed into human-like has come, human identity was still clear, he said.

“Our original goal is to build a robot that can help me finish the task that I don’t want to do” he said. Roborn Dynamics Limited was completely depend on self-financing, it was not because they didn’t want to be limiter by the investor, it was because most of the investor requires on short-term return, they need the investor that can provide long term support, he said. “I am afraid of human will be exterminated by AI,” he said. Many people concerned that robot would replace or destroy human one day, so as Mak, therefore he focus on developing the robots only act by human’s order, he see himself as a conservative inventor.

“Elderly services is seriously lack of human resource,” he said. In the foreseeable future, Hong Kong needed the robots that can help solving problem of lacking Human Resources in elderly services the most because of the population ageing.

Dr. Mak Hin Yu was graduated from The University of California, Berkeley. He has participated in many R&D projects of National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In 2017, Roborn Dynamics Limited was founded by Mak, the company mainly focus on the development and production of bio-robot. In 2018, the project has won the Hong Kong Awards for Industries:Machinery and Machine Tools Design Grand Award.--165054 2019年1月15日 (二) 17:49 (CST)
