Those born in the post 80s are always being labeled as a group of fierce, extreme acting young kids. And these kids are being criticized of taking part in street demonstrations and hunger strikes easily and also using violence to vent their anger. This afternoon, William Chan, The Executive Director of Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion United Association, attended the seminar held by Shue Yan University and pointed out this is outcome is due to lacking communication between youngers and the government. He suggests that the government should listen to the general public. The Youngers keep acting fiercely just because they want to stand up and voice out their views.

Chan express his disdain of Government by saying “the so-called communication that the government offer to us is not the real one as there are lack of real dialogues." He believes that the conflict can be resolved only by listening.

He hoped the Government would not be reckless and impulsive, should think twice before acting. Chen stressed that the Government must give young people room to grow, in order to develop their skills in all aspects. On the other hand, the Government should keep an open mind to views from all sides. The reason of street demonstrations, especially for young people, is there are many advices need to be listened. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the two sides should respect each other; both sides should have a real dialogue, rather than acting fierce and criticizing.

[You have a good introductory paragraph, that clearly illustrates what the article should be about. However, "He suggests that the government should listen to the general public" is kind of vague, and it would be much better if you could provide some specific examples or suggestions.]
