Western media have a bias against China

A former journalist reprimanded the Western media have a bias against China. She pointed out that Western media only report negative news about China. She thinks different nationalities should give more tolerance in dealing with people with cultural differences.

Sharon Cheung, a former journalist, realized that Western media are not as professional as we expected. “Not only Hong Kong media tend to have young and pretty anchors, but also in western countries like America and UK.”

“Most of the Western countries’ reporters are lazy journalists, who just do copy and paste job without cross checking. They relay on impression which have bias against China,” Cheung said many people in the western never step out of their own country, they just relay on those unprofessional media to know about the world.

To comment the recent Olympic demonstration in Tibet, Cheung said China and western countries are in a “lose-lose” situation. She pointed out that the Western media have great prejudice and ignorance of China, so that the riots in Tibet is a biased report.
