Hongkongers are furious with the latest fiscal affairs, the Budget Plan, which was announced this Monday. (awkward independent clause)) Yet again HKSAR to go back to 2011, proposed to investigate more billions to the new iBond(inflation-linked bonds). This measure was criticized by Now TV financial analyst for its conservative policy adopted, for which could not fight back the current inflation.

"The financial sector asserted iBond which can not help to go against inflation. It is too conservative to borrow 10 billion and deposit it in the Treasury, rather than make any investment or infrastructure purposes. It is simply a waste of taxpayers' money,"Chiu put forward. ((a bit sloppy which detracts from your positive efforts))

He also lashed out,"Why cannot the officers hear about the public voice of opposition? The government should use the money more wisely and precisely."

The worst part of this issue is that public debate with the Financial Secretary , Mr John Tsang, is still failing to keep track with the real issues. No serious consideration is given to the plain facts, meanwhile, structural imbalances of the poor and the rich are prompted. Chiu accused the incompetence secretary who had have not do a all-rounded measurement.
