Creativity Never Dies


KK Tsang, CEO of the Bees Group, said at Hong Kong Shue Yan University today that advertising is a sustainable business and people with creative brains are always wanted.


Tsang has been participating in the field of advertising for more than 20 years, he said “although today’s market of advertising in Hong Kong is decreasing, it is still a sustainable business while there are services and products in the market.” Tsang added that this is a ‘human-business’ since it requires creativity, which only can be created by people but not the computer. “Advertising needs more and more people in the future,” said he.


On the other hand, advertising is a business that needs to create and produce locally in order to link the local people and the product with the local cultural and environment. “Localize is definitely a trend of advertising,” Tsang emphasized.


Tsang also had a high expectation on smartphone app market which just occupied 1% of the advertising market nowadays while it keeps increasing. People use more time to glaze at the screen of smartphones, even more than watching TV. He thought the trend of smartphone app market is similar to the internet market which both will be become a mature power among media of advertising. --115058 2014年2月18日 (二) 17:24 (UTC)
