Hao Tie Chuan, the Director General of Publicity Department of Central Peoples's Government in Hong Kong, said the Occupy Central Movement is an unwise move to strive for General Election of Hong Kong Chief Executive.

"Occupy Central is harmful to people and the organization itself, Hao said. He believed there is not a way of General Election that is good enough to fit into every countries. He said that instead of welcoming Western opinions and involvement on this issue, Hong Kong should practically sought a General Election that would not violate the Chinese Constitutional Law nor the Hong Kong Basic Laws.

Hao reinforced Li Fei's viewpoints that it is essential to choose someone who love both the Mainland and Hong Kong to be the Chief Executive. Concerning the General Election of Chief Executive, he said that at the present stage, Hong Kong society should discuss the details of nomination scheme, the number of nominees and details of the voting system.
