(The "talk" of the CE's daughter? How about the "farce" of her? We "post" messages on social media, not publish. No it is not "human resource" issues, it is "family issue" or "persoanl issue". Human resource concerns staff and employment.)

‘I don’t think that the talk of Chief Executive’s daughter gave Information Services Department trouble, anyway, as a member of ISD is prepared to deal with various contingencies’, said Patrick Nip Tak-kuen, Director of Information Services.

Leung Chai Yan, Chief Executive’s daughter published a number of remarks on social media sites, pointing that she has been slapped by her mother and wanted to suicide. There are media also reporting that the ambulance arrived this morning outside Government House. For this, Nip thought that people should respect the privacy of the Chief Executive’s family. ‘The event is not suitable for public discussion, but we will clarify and respond to public concerns later’, said him. Besides, Nip expressed that removing the social media accounts has nothing to do with ISD.

Nip expressed, as ISD staff should be prepared to deal with various situations. But in the face of human resource issues, he admitted that is difficult to deal with than financial issues.
