‘I am against the political reform proposal, but it’s painful that whether the proposal will be rejected or not’, said Philip Li, Managing Director of China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Rating Company Limited.

‘If the proposal will be rejected, it means that we can’t change the current political situation, but if the proposal will pass, it means that we accept an unfair election’, said Li, ‘now I see that the level of society turmoil is rising. The demonstration of impeding mainland tourists in Sheung Shui and Sha Tin are the example, which made me thought it as a preparation period of another large movement.’

For the housing policy, Li expressed that now the government is improving the situation hard. He said that CY Leung is familiar with real estate, and there are few parties supporting him now.
