Communication Relations Manager of The Community Chest of Hong Kong said that a proportion of raised fund would be invested in the market, claiming the charity considers only low-risk investment. [Good introduction]

Louie H. S. Tang, Communication Relations Manager of the Chest, said today during the general assembly held in Shue Yan University that there is an investment team of nine experts in their charity [What is their charity?]. She explained that some fund would be spent on investment, mostly capital-preservation items like debentures [What are debentures?].

Tang added that the profit gained in the investment would be used for administration expenses as well as other charity activities [What activities is this charity involved in?]. She believes that the final sum of money spent on the market would maintain a positive growth, even if they suffer lose in some of the investment [What leads her to beleive this?].

[An article should pick a point or focus, and develop it. Your is just a very basic, very short summary of the speech. It lacks detail.]
