(Instead of expert, a more appropriate title should be journalist because Tim Chan is after all a journalist by profession. In your lead, you should say "An experienced financial journalist.....". Don't forget the indefinite article. QE measures were not meant to solve the world's problem, they were devised to solve only the US problem. You tend to put the speaker at the end of a quotation, for example, ".....the blood pressure of the patients at a certain level." Chan said. There is a mistake right here: after the word level, there should be a comma instead of a full stop. The same applies to the next paragraph when you said, ".....QEII are good or not." Chan expressed.)

Experienced financial journalist described the previous Quantitative Easings as "high blood pressure pills" to the global economy.

Tim Chan, the executive chief editor of Hong Kong Economic Journal explained QEI and QEII are not effective measures to solve the economic problems in the world, especially in the America; however, they act like "high blood pressure pills" for aged patients. "The drugs cannot cure the illness, but they can maintain a the blood pressure of the patients at a certain level." Chan said.

"Some people criticize that the economy in America has not improved at all, such as the unemployment rate is unchanged, but then the sales of iPhone is still very strong. Therefore, It is hard to judge whether the QEI and QEII are good or not." Chan expressed.

Chan believed that , except purchasing US national debt, there is no better investment for other countries. As a result, currency around the world would be flown into the US market under the latest QEIII.
