'Will Central government accept its candidate have a chance to lose?' Joseph Yu-shek Cheng, who is the Spokesperson of Alliance for True Democracy said.

Joseph doubt the sincerity of the Government's consultation, since result will be determined by the central government. Consultation on constitutional reform should be done earlier, the government just showed a timetable recently. The most important for consultation is to let the public show their opinion.

' power comes from people,' which Joseph mentioned from what Xi Jin Ping said. He think that The most extensively representative nominating committee for Universal suffrage can be the whole citizens in Hong Kong.

'All proposals are from non-governmental, those pro-Beijing parties' politics didn't give any proposal for the universal suffrage.'Joseph said.

Some may ask for 2016 to achieve the goal of universal suffrage, some may think that 2020 is ok. Joseph thought that at least Increase of directly elected seats and decrease functional constituencies seats at 2016. Also, there should be no functional constituencies at 2020.

Joseph think that If there are no electoral system acceptable to all, the acceptability of the Chief Executive will not change. Some Important issues can not be handled, Such as widening the tax base which Donald Tsang proposed, but there are no any result afterward. No recognition cause the government can't deal with long-term problems

Joseph think that Democracy is Everyone enjoys the basic right to be elected elections, There should also be compatible political culture and mature culture with rational discussion.
