Two experts summoned for Aussie manslaughter case

Forensic medicine expert of the University of Hong Kong Dr. BEH Philip and car expert Skegg are summoned to the court for the prosecution of an Australian Kelsey Lord Michael MUDD, 23, killing taxi driver Wong Chi-ming, 58, at Central on June 27 last year.

Dr. BEH Philip pointed out he cannot see the tendency of subject moving toward the windscreen from defendant’s, MUDD, forehead injuries. And the blood stains on the side window were hardly stained by MUDD’s head shaking, only if it was stained by long hair.

Car expert Skegg mentioned, as the ambient noise was too loud, he could not determine the subject stepping on the taxi’s accelerator.

No conclusion can be made. The trial continues today before Judge Hon Wright J.
