(After finished reading your report, your lead needed a little clarification. It seemed that the only type of reporter that enjoyed the pleasure of its work was the lifestyle journalist because he showed the wonderful side of the world. Maybe the entertainment reporter enjoyed his work by reporting the evilness of mankind too, but you needed to explain why.)

Work hard to the road of succeed By Kelvin Choi 5th Feb, 2013

The salary of reporters in Hong Kong is staying on a low level, Jack Forest, Editorial Director of Timesquare, agrees with the statement, yet he encourages people to go into the industry, "because it is a great pleasure".

Jack stated that there are three kinds of reporters, the daily news reporter, who shows factual informations without adding ones opinion, the entertainment reporters, who shows people the evilness, and the lifestyle journalist, who shows the wonderful side of the world.

He added that if one wanted to become a reporter, he should be crazy and have his own thought. "You should be crazy because you won't get rich," said Jack, " and having your own thought so that you can change the world."

Despite the industry is under-paid, he added that it is a great experience to work in the lifestyle journalism industry, because it is a job that ables you to do what you want.

"You can travel around, eat at luxurious restaurants," said Jack, "but you are getting paid to do these things. Great huh?"

As a young editor, Jack said he does not believe in luck. "I am not a lucky person, and I am always in the first position at the bus queue," said the young editor, "so what I really believe is how hard I work, and I can tell you I am working really hard."

Not to say how much he can earn by working when everyone is sleeping, he said it is necessary to do the extra work, because he has to" earn the bread for someone else".
